BLANC BAR X IZAKAYA
SUMMER 2018/19 – POP UP

Welcome to Blanca Bar’s relaxed summer pop-up – IZAKAYA. Menu and cocktail list showcase fun, handmade, Japanese pub food bursting with flavours and creativity. Created for sharing, the menu serves snacks, right through to heavier portions for a full dinner. Set in Blanca Bar, the menu and atmosphere are designed to be relaxed – so pop in for a drink and a snack or stay the night and order the lot. The pop up has also seen a design take over and bespoke murals created by local artist Lisa T along with matching Izakaya-theming.

The cocktail menu will be collaborated with Tomi Bjorck’s closest Bartender friends around the globe. First set of Izakaya drinks are created by talented Jere Vihervaara from Dandelyan, London (no.1 Cocktail Bar in the World 2018) to complement the menu. Of course serving Blanca’s divine Signature Drinks, a wide range of Sake from Japan, cold beer on the tap, along with a global wine list.

Blanca Bar is also an excellent venue for functions and private parties.

Blanca Bar is ideal for cocktail parties, casual events and birthday celebrations. It boasts an impressive bar with an incredible range of cocktails, world class service and wonderfully exquisite bar menu. The bar can hold up to 45 guests across it's indoor and outdoor space.
